ANA announces first 787 Dreamliner route

Japanese carrier ANA has announced that the first flight to be available to paying customers on its Boeing 787 aircraft will be from Tokyo to Hong Kong.  The flight is part of an international charter from Narita.

Seats are expected to only be available to frequent flier members, and the way to apply for tickets will be announced at a later date by the airline.

According to ANA, the flight “will take place approximately one month after the first aircraft is delivered to ANA, with delivery due in September.”
